Hm. NRA's answer is "more guns". Fed Cirduit's answer is

they're still there, but they don't
cause much problems that I can see."
Talk about not having a clue about
the real world! What does becoming
passe means in the IT world? He
does not get that things keep
building on each others. He thinks
that everything is a separate
bucket, and you either use it or
not. He also thinks that people are
looking at patents to learn how to
do it in their own products. Hr does
not get that NOBODY ever looks at
that junk except the lawyers,
