Yes. We get that far too with other tools, but
there's a lot to do after that.
For example, to start with, everyone hates reading
anything long in all caps.
But some things need to be capped. Names in the text,
like Mr. Soandso need to be initial capped, but when
it's MR. SOANDSO: then it needs to be all caps.
And you need to make it HTML or you can't put the
PDF into the same article, so it has to be:

MR. SOANDSO:
And sometimes the PDF does this:
BY MR. SOANDSO:
Q blah blah
A blah blah
So then you need to do:

 BY MR. SOANDSO:

Q: Blah blah.

A: Blah blah.

Then in the text, there are other words that you have to know to capitalize,
like Apple, Samsung, Galaxy, Prevail, etc.
And then sometimes the PDF does this:
(WHEREUPON, THE FOLLOWING PROCEEDINGS WERE HELD OUT OF THE PRESENCE OF THE
JURY:)
And stuff like that has to be set in its own paragraph.
And then periodically you have stuff like this, which in the PDF is bolded but
isn't in a text:
RECROSS-EXAMINATION
So for that you have to do this:

RECROSS-EXAMINATION

And then when a new witness takes the stand, the PDF centers the name and bolds
it. Etc. It goes on and on and on.
