Microsoft Shouts Antitrust Over YouTube Snub

Excuse me, but what is stopping Microsoft from coming up with their own application for their own phone operating system? I can only think of a few possible reasons, right off hand:
1. It would cost them money to have programmers create it for them. This presupposes that they don't already have programmers that are capable of at least learning Android.
2. They are too lazy to actually create something themselves, and want someone else to do it for them (for free, of course). This does not imply that they either DID or DID NOT ever manage to create anything for themselves in the first place. (Suggestion to GOOGLE, offer to do it for a price. :-D
3. They are incompetent to operate a company on the basis of competition, and have to resort to 'legal shenanigans' to try to 'get their way', like some school-yard bully.

How dare Microsoft not give us a version of MS Office for Linux?!

(Not that I'd ever actually buy it or use it, but that's not my point.)
