"California man says he can drive in carpool lane with corporation
papers"
A traffic court judge can't overrule 125 years of SCOTUS precedent.
Most likely outcome: The man in question will have his metaphorical ass handed
to him when the traffic court judge refuses to either overturn corporate
personhood or overturn his ticket. The judge will most likely rule that the
incorporation papers are not by themselves the corporation and there for having
them in the vehicle doesn't make the corporation a passenger.
The world is full of fools who think they can outwit the government when the
reality is that they couldn't outwit a paper bag. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
