Because it would be entirely pointless unless you could make it a capital case.
You can't put a corporation in prison.
Though theoretically, if you could make a death penalty case against a
corporation, the corporation could be forced to liquidate as a form of

One of the reasons a proprietorship incorporates is specifically so they don't
have such a legal liability if something goes wrong.
Just another mechanism to separate the haves from the have nots, and it appears

Put the papers in the driver's seat, turn on the cruise
control, and go to the back of the RV to make a cup of
coffee.
