In some ways the Samsung ARM Chromebook is even more open. As
with the Acer C7 the OS and BIOS source are available but the
Samsung also uses the open source Chrome EC codebase for its
embedded controller (keyboard, battery charging, system
management etc). chromiumos/platform/ec.git on git.chromium.org
