I do not, but the whole world has them.
To tell you the truth, I had worries about
the PACER thing. Something can be legal and
still be an issue, for me. I am extremely
careful to redact personal information from
documents when we do the texts, and if it's
something that is too iffy, I withhold the
PDF too, at least until a court rules on it.
Not all court documents are public domain.
Some exhibits can be copyrighted. Ditto with
some transcripts. So when in doubt, I
seek clarification from the court or PACER or
the parties or a lawyer.
That's not something that happens often, but
it has happened and more than once or twice.
I don't want to be responsible for anyone
being harmed, even tangentially. So that is
why I don't personally donate.
