A patent defense question

It seems that you are correct, only the actual inventor maybe named as an inventor in a patent application.

IANAL, so here is a link to a lawyer saying so.

And here is a PDF presentation giving more details. Apparently the patent may be invalid if the wrong names are recited as inventors.

And my hatered of the webadmin for that site is growing.

Pop-up add for hitting the "previous" button.

He required Flash for a while.

The guy is committing so many of the sins he's complaining about. maybe he's
just trolling us?
