Study".
Ah yes... we've seen those TCO studies before. The ones that are soundly
refuted by simple math. No wonder it was "for internal purposes

If they won't release the study that will leave it up to us to speculate about
the success.
They saved the bazillions that was hidden in Bleeps briefcase.
They misunderstood the Free Beer analogy and there was a dip in productivity
after lunch while they served the free beer. Once this was corrected
productivity rose an unprintable amount.
The helpdesk now has so much free time that the initiative will be rolled out to
