Seriously, your issue is the idea that your Internet history will be used
against you in a trial. Your post 'clearly shows' that you are a 'disturbed
<insert age period/gender reference here> who is paranoid about the
goverment finding out that <he/she> <insert crime accused here>. And
that you take extreme steps to avoid being linked to more criminal activity that
is doubtlessly out there.' Can you think of a more incriminating post without
saying 'I did <insert crimes here>'. Of course the fact that this is just
a template and can apply to any crime is totally irrelevant in the grand scheme

And they know who you are because after they
set aside all the folks on Google+ and Facebook
and Twitter and all their comments, you are the
other guy.
The only real solution, I've come to believe, is
to get off the Internet, and that becomes harder
