I think you mean "cannot be overstated" or "cannot be
sufficiently underscored". To "underscore" is to underline (i.e.
to bring attention to), so "cannot be underscored" means "no one
can bring attention to this", while I think you mean something more like
"no one can bring as much attention to this as it deserved".[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
