Thanks, PJ -- I can see how easy it is to make mistakes like this and, of
course, it's even easier when you're tired and overly busy. Thanks for the
update and, of course, for keeping us all updated and informed on so many cases.

I know how it happens; we're human. You are right, you do go blind. Back when I
was an auto mechanic, the same thing would happen. I'd have some complex device
disassembled on my bench, and I was putting it back together. After looking at
all of the parts many times over 10 to 15 minutes, I couldn't find the next one
I needed, but I knew it was there. I would ask one of the other mechanics to
come over and see if they could find the part. They would look things over for
about 5 or 10 seconds, and pick it up and hand it to me. Without a grin, smirk,
etc. because they knew that later that day,they would need to ask me to do the
same for them. The more familiar you are with something, the more something you
