Wow what a coincidence so is Microsoft stuff.

Don't think large groups are using Bob or clippy any more. Not to mention old
versions of windows like 1.0 or net meeting or many other packages. Many have
been renamed and repackaged/upgraded. But by in long - the same non adoption or
by the way side is happening to both google and microsoft. It is the nature of
the beast.
