Sounds like they already destroyed something, and they are trying to cover their

It is possible, that some of those (paper) records they seek to destroy, are
still on their systems as computer files. To take over the storage of the dead
tree copies should also mean taking over the various computer formatted copies
(or edits) of that same data.

Make that offer directly to the court in Delaware. Note that you are offering
to store them free of charge as a matter of historical record, and point out
that only criminals benefit from having the records of their activities
