I am not sure that I entirely agree with your second paragraph. My Asus
Transformer TF700T with keyboard works perfectly well with the touchpad (two
finger swipes to change home screens) and cursor buttons (to select icons/text
whatever). Only thing is that I can't split the screen (only up to Jellybean
4.1.1) - this will only become available on 4.2, if and when we get it.
It might be rather cool to have 4 tablet screens/apps running concurrently on my
21" monitor, which happily (dis)plays HD movies from my tablet using a HDMI
to DVI adapter.
