Ditto, from this neck of the woods. A most enjoyable read, even if a somewhat
depressing and predictable outcome. Maybe the Supremes will record a new single
- Motown?

Specially the vivid image of judge Moore impressed with the
long elaborate flow charts - how could it not be patentable
then?

A very nice report -- you paint nice pictures with those words, too.

Thanks for your efforts.

I read the report without checking who the author was. By the time I reached 'It
is hard to call her clueless when she is one of the ones who makes the clues.' I
had my suspicions.

I wondered if she was quoting all the hardware disclosures to make the contrary
point: it is only infringed if it runs on a Unix Sparc Station.

I'm wrong, aren't I! She thought Unix was a computer manufacturer.

Software Patents: It's the disclosed functions in the patent, stupid!
