If he actually succeeds in eradicating Polio I don't care how he does it.
That disease is truly awful.
It would be only the second human virus ever eradicated.
If he eradicates his

I seem to recall that it was Warren Buffet (I man I somewhat respect) who
convinced Junior to start a charity. Look at the BOD of the B & M Gates
Foundation. Some of these folks work for companies that are receiving some of
that charity. Charities that 'give away' money only create markets and
corruption. You don't solve problems by throwing money at them. (How's our War
on Drugs doing?, How about our War on Terrorism?). You have to change public
policies. You have to control where the money goes and how it is spent. Gates
is happy with his Foundation. If he feels like he's doing some good, I'm happy
for him. It's all about Bill. The paradigm change won't come from Gates, that's
