Surely the only real harm (from Apple's perspective) can come from a
competitor's better product? But there is no Divine or legal right to a
permanent profit flow. Answer:- make a better product, sell it at a competitive
(cheaper) price and ditch the 'dog in the manger' attitude.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

We can't compete with Samsung. Their very existence will destroy our profits
regardless of any monetary award, so they must not be allowed to sell
