0% of Men will give birth to children. > 0% will decide to stay home and
take care of the children... but this probably won't ever come close to matching
the number of women who will stay home to take care of the children.
<
100% of working women will want children at some point. This is a somewhat time
consuming process even if the particular woman puts the children in day care and
goes back to work.
With that potentially affecting the career -
potentially a few times over the span of a few years - is it really any wonder
that there are fewer women in CEO type positions then men?
Simple nature
and requirements thereof can alter any persons (man, woman, young, old, purple
or plaid skin - doesn't matter) goals.
Caveat: I have no idea how much
vacation time CEO's get. Or if they do get vacation whether they're even left
alone long enough to enjoy the vacation without work. I do have an illusion
(assumption) that they are quite possibly putting in many more hours than a
normal work day. This is from my observations of very few who put in more time
as they move further up the Corporate ladder.
