You're not factoring in the PR 'fear/FUD' factor.

may simply mean that he grossed an income of $100,000 dollars irrespective of
costs.
Which probably turns out to be $82,300 or some such which is obviously the same
as $100,000, when you want to make the number easily digestible.
At an average of $100 per book, that's less than 1000 books

Sorry, your pricing is wrong. College texts are between $150 (softcover) and
