I imagine there's a reply in the offing which will highlight
the fact that SCO/TSG is seriously defunct, and that Judge
Cahn pleaded to the Delaware bankruptcy court such
extraordinary defunctitude that they couldn't store their
operating docs and had to destroy them.
SCO/TSG worked so hard to become non-existent that it would
be terribly uncharitable to deny them the fruit of their
labors.
I wouldn't mind another chance to meet up with Ted Normand,
but my respect for Boies Schiller as an organization would
drop to new lows if they sent Ted out here to take the
teeth-kicking and then told him that since the client didn't
pay up, he'd just have to enjoy it on his own tab.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
