Maybe, if we're lucky, it will be assigned to Judge Stewart.

Suppose they all find plausible grounds for recusal.

So it's not just us who are turning up our collective noses at that bad smell we
just can't get rid of. Not even the judges want to dirty their hands with it.

I'm not looking up Judge Nuffer's given name, because I so want it to be
Edward, or Eric.
Then IBM counsel can indicate to Mr Hatch, "Come on, that's E. Nuffer,
that."
Sorry.

Maybe those judges aren't so 'mechanical' as we might
think, but rather, are
human beings who are well aware of
what SCO is all about, and deliberately
giving them the run
around. Maybe they even read Groklaw. Maybe they even share
our disgust for the SCOundrels. Is that possible? [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

What, happens if every judge recuses from the case? Is the
"last judge assigned to" not allowed to recuse? Does it go to
the judge with the least cause to recuse? Does it go to
another jurisdiction? And if so, which one? [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
