Ignorance of the Law is no excuse...
say the Police Officer as he slaps the cuffs on your child.
'your son/daughter accessed an adults only site and will go down for 5-10 years'
says the DA.
Then there is the question of shortened/obfuscated URLs. By the time your
understands that they have been taken to an News Site that is Adults only(by
TOS) it is too late. One of the reasons why I will never click on one of these
URLs and I'm 60 next year. It could be a [redacted] site for all I know from the
shortened URL.
Unintended consequences litter our lives. The Law is blind to these. Step
outside your front door and walk down the street and you could be breaking all
sorts of laws. How do you know? Law Enforcement don't care. They have got you
bang to rights and down you go.
I just wish that a few of the lawmakers were 'taken down by these sort of cases'
then they might start to understand that Newtons 3rd Law applies to the Legal
world just like it does to the rest of us.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?
