Their problem is that it's too-competitive, and MS has no way to compete with
it. That's not illegal, its capitalism at its finest. --- The Investors

There is nothing about free software/open source that prevents you from selling
the software. The only stipulation is that you must give the people who buy it
access to the source code.
The Battle for Wesnoth game has a paid version on Android, but there is nothing
preventing you from building and installing it yourself. Same for the Dolphin
