Sorry, I didn't realize that I was responding to Sir Humphrey, instead of
Anonymous/RAS.
Actually, I initially thought the original post referred to the individual
(don't remember his name) who seems bent on suing anyone and everyone over some

Why are prosecutors spending so much time on someone like Aaron
Swartz who had legitimate access, proper authorization and whose "victim" has
expressed no wrong-doing when we have the financial frauds occurring?
If
you had taken a moment to read P.J's comments attached to the Aaron Swartz news
postings - you would have seen that.
As a result, you'd already know -
from those comments - the answer to:
How do you feel about the DOJ's
inability to prosecute large banks like HSBC for committing crimes like money
laundering
That is why I pointed you in the direction I did. So
you could see the answers to your questions yourself.
