Well, Amazon sells lots of stuff direct, but also sells
a lot of stuff through "partners."
For instance, a certain Woman's dress is sold by "Mary's
Flower Shop" and it is a mom-n-pop outfit with under the
$1M or $10M cap. No sales tax due on this sale.
That is the reason that Amazon supports this bill: most of

Has anyone thought of the bookkeeping headache for the online businesses?
Having to follow the sales tax laws of every state, city, or other tax authority
that subscribes to this change? I see a future business as a tracking/clearing
