I've been watching since day one and I'm now 70.
In that time I've seen two inheritance cases close to home where people
came to their senses in time to avoid re-enactments of Bleak House.
I don't care what happens to the SCOundrels now. I just hope there's
enough good left in the world to deal to the white ants known
as patent trolls, rewrite Copyright Law for the digital age, and
avoid the Prophecy of Malachy.

It's all over for SCO but the dying.

I hope I see the SCO give up and wave goodbye
I hope I'm ooooooolld before I die
Well I'd love to say that crime doesn't pay and watch them bankrupt McBride.
I hope I'm old before I die.
With apologies to Mr Williams. But not to the Mafiaa.

Why does this case remind me so much of those 1950's horror flicks with the
zombies, undead etc.? ;-)

Probably not. Some rights to the lawsuits were bought out in the bankruptcy
and are awaiting final resolution of SCO's corpse before they raise their ugly
head.
Fortunately of the top ten technology companies by market cap only one
still relies on Windows - and that one is Microsoft. Reliance on Microsoft is
openly found to be the limit it has always been. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Good question. I'm 63 now. I'd like to see Darl et al. perp-walked but don't
expect to.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
