Pulling up basic information on Deleware Corporations is actually pretty
easy. They have a reasonably easy-to-use search screen.
JSP page if you have certain Java features disabled.
As it turns out, it
appears the message is just an indication it's not an official
status.
Darn... and I was hoping someone finally caught up to them.
;)

Is (as might be guessed) a Corporation Service Company
whose real address might be in Phoenix AZ, and who "services"
entities, the number of which varies according to the
Google spam engine feeding the page ...
Location is in pleasant wooded land in the northern outer 'burbs,
two curved three storey buidlings, with parking for about 500 cars,
altho' only abt a dozen were there when Google's eye flew over.

Doug Comer might have some issues with that...
He's the author of the XINU OS (XINU stands for XINU Is Not Unix). Originally
written for the LSI-11.
I still have the textbook.
