We have to accept some risk in order to be free.
Things sadly can and will happen. However, it is not worth sacrificing freedom
in a misguided attempt to become more "safe" (which really won't

As device "owner", it will pinpoint you on the map when you
want...but, anyone outside who asks gets coordinates corresponding to 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue....or at the nearest Starbucks...or wherever you figured out
you wanted to go while playing the Sims last night....or simply no answer at
all.

My understanding is the cell phone blackout was to prevent more cell phone
