states clearly that the verdict reaffirms that the process
should be a negotiation by the parties concerned. there has
been no evidence of any negotiation by microsoft. if there
were any i believe you would have linked to it by now, so
i'm confident there isn't any.
also, the verdict in the article concerns the injunction
request. it does not bear on the low valuation or
unprecedented methodology used by this judge to arrive at
that low valuation, which is what i clearly stated would be
handled on appeal.
i'll stop now because i'm not really having a discussion so
much as talking at a wall. feel free to continue flailing
away if you must.
