on Groklaw with a misleading headline. Cut it
out. Google hasn't been found guilty of anything.
Motorola hasn't either. This is a charge, which
means it's like an accusation which can be
refuted.

article that should be read is:

Bolding mine. The examination has just
begun. A "finding of guilt" has not yet been established.
That's like
saying:
Discovery hasn't even started, Side X is wrong!
