Actually no.

These predictions are based on falling BIRTH rates. The population will continue
growing for quite a while, but the rate of growth is about to go negative (ie
the next generation will be smaller than its parent).

It'll take a while for the population to stop growing (ie the generation being
born is smaller than the generation dying) but it looks like that'll come sooner
than expected.

Africa is still growing, which surprises me. India at 2.3 births is only just
above the stable point. North America is similar.

Pretty much EVERY where else is below the 2.2 stable population level.
