Sigh... what makes something patent-worthy isn't how much
others want to copy it - it's how novel the approach is.
These particular examples aren't novel - especially

To start, the word you want is "infringe." It's the grown-
up term.
Just because Apple claims infringement doesn't make it so.
We both know Apple has made lots of wild claims in the past,
(like inventing the rectangle with rounded corners) so it's
probably a good idea to consume a grain of sale along with
anything they say.
Further, Samsung doesn't read Apple's patents prior to the
inevitable legal action. That's because they don't want to
enable Apple to throw willful infringement in with its other
