unless my memory is playing up (quite possible at my age) it was already like
this in france when i left 22years ago .(i am talking vaccination not voting )

Some say that mandatory vaccinations have made us better, others feel that
vaccinations are eliminating a useful "culling of the herd" that
prevents the fittest, most immune, from surviving.
Population control is desperately needed and allowing every salvageable
homosapien to survive, regardless of their burden on society, only makes us
weaker and less apt to survive as a species.
Fewer vaccinations will result in more death and sorrow but does it really hurt
us to work toward a stronger species?
One never knows...
