in the U.S. going to Lower Slobbovia.
The problem, as has already been pointed out, is that U.S. "taxes on
corporations"** are already significantly higher than in other
"developed" countries, which significantly contributes to the export
of jobs (and IP, and anything else that isn't nailed down), and the devaluation
of real estate and equipment (and anything else that is difficult to move).
**And, of course, the reality is that "corporations" don't pay tax.
EVER. Corporations COLLECT taxes that are ultimately paid by DNA-based
lifeforms: customers, employees, lenders, etc.
There are, of course, other DNA-based lifeforms who control the corporations.
And politicians would like to tax them. But there is no way. You can't tax
"control" because its value is not in "money"--it is
