But why should I have to do this ?? By extension, I would
end
up seeking
explicit permission to carry out any act that
wasn't explicitly barred by civil
or criminal law, just in
case someone chose to try their luck in court. Or even
some
acts that I believed to be explicitly permitted by my
reading of
the
law.
One, far more sensible, solution is that frivolous suits are
thrown
out immediately, with significant costs to the

There are no model licenses for such a situation, because it never occurred to
