Move to programming languages and libraries that come with an
explicit license to use their APIs, including an explicit
irrevocable license of independent implementation. To remove
the uncertainty.
Is there a model "license to implement" that I could use for
libraries that I design myself?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

The world is not facing anything. It's the US of A that is facing a software
armageddon; the rest of the world will just carry on as usual. Please don't
forget - US law (and the authority of US courts) stops at the borders of the US.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
