no-one uses patents as blueprints.

The USPTO say that the actual invention claimed must be specified in detail by
the claims at the end of the patent. They say nothing about blueprints, although
such might be included in the specification/disclosure.

But the trolls will use the "blueprints" to sue anyone that
they think has money, without ever having to prove their
"blueprints" actually describe a working device.
It's not the honest inventors this is aimed at - it's the
trolls.
