The device includes a processor interconnected with program memory with
instructions, which when executed by the processor allow or cause the processor
to perform the functions recited in the dreaded functional claims appended
hereto.
Whereas the gang on Groklaw insists that all software is obvious, now that we
have described the broad strokes of the inventive process, one of ordinary skill
in the art would be able to make and use the invention without undue
experimentation.
Accordingly, in the interest of clarity and so the invention does not get lost
in the details of particular implementations, particular embodiments of the
software need not and will not be belabored here. See instead the flow charts
and state diagrams of Fig. 3 - Fig. 7.
