BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
That is absolutely brilliant.
"The secret spying program you have been running for years has the data
required to clear my name."
They'd better give him the data. If they're going to gather it, they might as
well use it to clear innocent men and women of false charges, rather than create
suspects of the innocent.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

... To show his interest or lack therefore in bank robbery
Then records of his skype conversations, to show that he did/didn't plan the
bankrobbery using skype as a phone.
Then a list of dates on which he updated windows according to the NSA's
sniffers, he might have an alibi if he was manually telling his computer to
update at the time of the robbery.
Perhaps a record of when he chose to send emails (if he was using Google, Yahoo,
AOL, or Hotmail), that should be pretty good alibi as well.
This case seems to have a lot of potential.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Just because the location of his cell phone is not at the bank
robbery does not prove he wasn't there. A person can be in a
different place from his phone at any given point. I know we
are in an age where that is just a travesty... but if i were
to rob a bank, i would not have my actual cell phone but
instead a burner... I don't see how this location data could
'prove' anything
