Could this be part of the process where, instead of price breaks or rebates, MS
offers to put in back doors in exchange for contracts?
What would the cash value of those exploits be? If sufficiently high, would it
be conceivable to call MS' pracitices dumping, if the value of added insecurity
is too significant in relation to the sell price?

At the TV broadcast of Obama's first inaugural ball, I saw
Bill Gates standing right next to the stage. I'm sure there
is no connection there. Simply a coincidence. Surely a newly
elected president wouldn't invite the attention of a
convicted monopolist. </sarcasm>
