What are the odds Judge Kimball tells Judge Gross to simply read

Besides, CSM probably has a paralegal assigned to skim Groklaw every morning
and write up a quick summary of anything interesting. Even if they don't care
about the legal analysis, the reference information that turns up has to be

PJ has demonstrated her very high standard of journalistic integrity thoroughly
for over 10 years now. If she involved herself in the case, that could be
compromised. A journalist should report truthfully and accuractely what others
are doing, not meddle in it themselves. So I would have been very surprised, and
disappointed, if PJ had decided to actively participate in the case. But I did
not have much fear of such disappointment, as PJ has consistently decided not to
involve Groklaw in similar things in the past, for the same sort of
reasons. People acting independently of, and without mentioning, Groklaw can
of course do as they wish, but as PJ says, it is not necessary. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
