Do you really think Google didn't consider these issues? Really? I'd bet money
they did thousands, perhaps millions of simulations of the paths the balloons
will follow.
Anyway, I'm just relieved they didn't call it
SkyNet.

steer the balloons and how the natural motion is part of the design. Here is

Given that a loon is a northern hemisphere penguin, it seems strange to name a
project of balloons after a bird that cannot fly very well at all...
