I would be more kindly disposed towards Cahn,
if we finally get to pierce the corporate veil and
have some Lanham act counterclaims pursued.
If much of what went before under his watch,
were necessary for finally being able to bring
some small measure of justice to those ultimately
responsible for this whole charade, then perhaps
Cahn isn't so bad after all.
But if the whole thing just fizzles away and SCOG
dies with hardly a whimper, I will feel as if there
has been no justice done, and only enrichment for
certain lawyers and certain firms that did work
either for lawyers or supposedly for SCOG itself,
while under the control of Cahn.
The pizza shop will likely never be paid, even a tiny
fraction of what they are owed. There are plenty
other creditors that SCOG has left high and dry.
I'd just like to remind folks, that Cahn has
been collecting some pay for his 'management'.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
