Gene Quinn knows patent law better then us - you might want to reconsider that
Authored by: Anonymous on Friday, June 21 2013 @ 01:25 PM EDT

Given some of his statements, such as:

What a mess the Supremes made, how long will it be before the Federal Circuit overrides the Supremes?
It boggles my mind that he could pass the bar examine and miss the fact that the Supremes are the highest Court in the land.

So... two logical possibilities:

    1) He really doesn't understand that basic concept that quite likely most high school students understand.
Which raises the very real concern of how much other Law he doesn't understand. The Law is his field of expertise after all.
    2) He does actually understand the Supremes are top Court and deliberately misrepresented the situation.
Which raises the very real concern of how much other Law he deliberately misrepresents.

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't know the Patent Attorney and so I would initially defer to their knowledge and expertise. But with Gene Quinn - there's a lot of water under that bridge and he's not one you want to trust for your Legal needs. As the saying goes:

    buyer beware
