The three branches of Government are:
The Executive
The
Legislative
The Judicial
Simple explanation:
The Legislative
create the Laws - the Judicial interpret the Laws (while holding a power to
cancel a Law if it's unconstitutional).
Of the Legislative, the Supremes
are the final word.
Since the Supremes have said:
simplying apply
math on a mechanical device is not a patent eligible application of that
principle
Is Mr. Quinn agreeing with the Law as it is (as the Supremes have
stated it is) or is he agreeing with the Law as it was (as how Mr. Quinn prefers
it to be)?
