I think M$ is quite current, thank you.
And given how they approach their "Android Licensing", whereby every
phone infinges unnamed technology in unidentified patents, I think its safe to
assume that if these patents are granted, they would embrace and extend the
coverage to any similar gesture or usage.

Hand gestures are already a form of language in signage for the deaf etc. Could
