The US govt has access to the source code and has access to all the security bug
reports. I imagine that for sensitive machines they (the NSA, the US govt as a
whole is incredibly fractured) either do not use windows or patch the security
holes faster then Micro$oft does.

Techrights site is currently either slashdotted, or taken down by some
authority that thinks itself empowered. So is he using
'operating systems made in China' as a straw man, or is this
an oblique reference to most systems in China being MSWindows
with most of the bugs fixed, and the backdoors strengthened
with keys available only to special people?
