If you've followed the history of this litigation, it's pretty clear SCO was
great at drinking its own blood, and spilling a lot of it in the process.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

SCO must have thought IBM went to sleep. Me thinks it
was SCO who went to sleep and forgot who deadly the
Nazgul of IBM can be. The Nazgul ride again and they
are looking to ensure the SCO zombie will never walk
the Earth again. Besides the silver bullet, and a wooden
stake, they are bearing FIRE!!! Time to go and get some
popcorn. Ride Nazgul RIDE!!![ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

CRAVATH, SWAINE & MOORE LLP: Nazgul and

Now all we need is a motto of some sort and
Corporate logo. I'm thinking for that maybe a
bunch of dark caped figures riding horseback
silhouetted against a full moon with a few ribbons of
clouds passing by. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

FWIW, you need silver bullets for werewolves, rather than vampires. It's a
common misconception, much like the idea that werewolves are sexy (they
aren't), or that vampires merely sparkle when exposed to sunlight.
The
correct technique for vampire hunting is to use a crucifix (or other potent
religious symbol, but a crucifix is traditional) to incapacitate it
temporarily,
then drive the stake through it's heart to keep it in it's coffin.
The stake still
doesn't actually kill it, but it is at least immobilised and
thus unable to feed.
Forget about sunlight - a vampire will never willingly
come out during
daytime for precisely that reason.
