A literary work is a much better model.
A computer program is not a recipe. With or without humorous comments. It is not
a piano roll either. Or a programming card for a loom. Or a blueprint. Or a
clothes pattern. Or a knitting or crochet pattern.
It is in short not an instruction for anybody to do anything.
A computer program is a work by itself like a novel or a short story.
And if the workheight ( translated from verkhöjd ) is great enough it can be
copyrighted, just as a literary work can be.
Enough knappologi ( which can be directly translated to buttonology - an
existing English word with a different meaning ) for now.
Have a nice Sunday.
Cheers

A dictionary is a list of facts - facts about all the words contained in it; is
a dictionary copyrightable?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
